Scratching my head wondering what I was doing at the track so early this morning. Last night, before I slept I told pss that I wanted to go for a run again today, knowing that if I waited till this morning to tell him I would’ve very likely decided to stay home. I’ve noticed telling someone of my plans holds me accountable and more likely to show up for myself- like I did this morning! What motivates you to get moving, and actually do it?
